TLDR : Answer Summary
A user is planning to move to Thailand on a non O visa for a duration of 3 years and inquires about notifying any Australian Government agencies regarding their departure. Commenters mention that the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) may be informed and highlight the importance of notifying Services Australia, especially if the user is receiving a pension.
