TLDR : Answer Summary
When filling out the TM30 notification, if you are on an annual extension of stay based on family (marriage to a Thai or being a parent of a Thai child), you should tick '04 Non-1 year'. However, it's important to note that the options may refer to the category of visa you originally used to enter Thailand, which could affect the box you choose.
NON-O RETIREMENT VISA RESOURCES / SERVICES
  • Go to the Retirement Visa Section for information on requirements, including age restrictions, financial requirements, and necessary documentation.
  • For immediate assistance, contact Thai Visa Centre directly via LINE at @ThaiVisaCentre or Email them.
  • Explore recent discussions by using the Non-O Retirement Visa tag in the search box at the top of the page.

If i understand correctly these options are not related to your current stamp... Rather to the category of visa u used to enter the country in the first place (whenever that might've been).

So if u entered on a NON-O 90 days... (Which u then extended bla bla) ...

Then it would be NON-90

If you're here on an annual extension of stay for purpose of marriage to a Thai or being the parent of a Thai child, then yes, 04 Non-1 year.
