I would like to thank everyone for helping me with my last question, it was massively helpful. 

I do have another question about the DTV Visa and onwards flights. 

What are the rules and peoples experiences around this? 

I'm reading online that it's not necessary with a valid DTV Visa but sometimes airline policy demands one. 

Considering whether it's worth booking a cheap onward flight to avoid the hassle.
