O-A retirement visa Update:
Had my visa since April, So first time went out of the country since the new mandatory health insurance came in. I went to Laos for a short motorcycle tour: came in at Vientiane, and exited at Nakhon Phanom, my visa was well scrutinised by the IO, and a senior, after much discussion between the two of them, I was stamped back in for another year, no mention of the health insurance at all. Hope this helps people who are worried about coming back in, this was my experience..... And as you know it may well pedend on the IO at the time.
TLDR : Answer Summary
