Hi guys. Me and my husband are under Tourist visa extension due to medical reason - I gave birth last April. Our baby doesn't have a passport yet and our visa will run out on June 5th. Any advice on what to do and what requirements are needed for us to extend? Also, do Thai landlords automatically report to the immigration for our TM 30? Thanks in advance.

Answer summary

A user is seeking advice on how to extend their tourist visa in Thailand following the birth of their child. They are currently on an extension due to medical reasons and face a deadline as their visa expires on June 5. Key questions include the need for documentation for another medical extension, options for a COVID-related 60-day extension, and whether landlords report to immigration concerning TM 30.

Go back to your physician and see if you can get the documentation to get another medical extension

OR

before the 24 of this month go and see if you two can apply for a 60 day covid extension

because

without a passport for the baby you aren't gonna bounce out and back in to get a new visa exempt entry (if you qualify for that)
