Hi, new to the group. I'm looking to bring a parent under the LTR wealthy pensioner visa. Does anyone know what requirements are for a parent coming as a dependent? I understand that parents can now be included as dependents.

TLDR : Answer Summary
A new member inquired about bringing a parent under the LTR wealthy pensioner visa as a dependent. Initial comments stated that parents cannot qualify for this visa category, as it traditionally allows only spouses and children. However, there were conflicting comments suggesting that recent updates might permit parents as dependents. Questions remain about other requirements, such as insurance and additional fees.
