TLDR : Answer Summary
Domestic flights within Thailand are generally open and free, although there may be local variations in requirements. Passengers might need to provide proof of vaccination or a valid PCR test, depending on the destination. Overall, travel is mostly unrestricted, but it's wise to check for specific local rules.

Bangkok to krabi today. They wanted to either pcr ( mine still valid from test and go) to or proof of vaccine. Otherwise all good

In the most part yes. There may be local restrictions out in places that you may require a lateral flow test or something but mostly not.
