TLDR : Answer Summary
The re-entry desk at Don Muang Airport operates 24/7. In case no staff is present, travelers may need to ask at passport control for assistance. It's advised to be prepared with all necessary forms and photocopies, including the TM 8 form, passport details, visa page, and entry stamp page, to avoid additional fees.

Not that I've heard of. Immigration is right next door to CNX airport anyway. However, they only open during normal business hours.

From reading reports here there’s seemingly a dedicated “office” for re-entry stuff at DM. Not been so only going by posts I see on here. Operates

Yes it operates as long as there are flights. Not sure whether Don Muang has returned to pre-Covid normality with respect to flight operations. I'd say Suvarnabhumi has, no idea about Don Muang as I don't fly low cost so I haven't used that airport since Suvarnabhumi opened in 2006.

. If there's no one at the desk you might need to ask someone at passport control to send an officer over.
