TLDR : Answer Summary
The inquiry about job opportunities in Thailand for an expat from Ghana, particularly in unskilled labor, faced a variety of responses, mostly negative. Many participants expressed skepticism about the viability of finding jobs such as farm work or factory positions due to the preference for Thai nationals in these sectors. A few commenters suggested alternative methods, including seeking work in Ghana, improving skills or qualifications, or teaching English as a potential pathway for employment.
Next to zero chance of you finding a legitimate job here in Thailand. Find work in your country while taking classes to improve your employment opportunities.

I don't think this is going to happen. Best developer a job skill at home
Almost certainly impossible for you to find a job here. Most unskilled jobs would be reserved for Thai nationals. If you can teach English then you may have a chance.
They don't take any bugger in teaching you know they want a degree in English now with English as your first language and I know because I've been teaching here for 15 years and things have changed!

Plenty of jobs you can find where you are going to work under the table meaning it won't be permitted. I know a few people there who work 100% commission on sales jobs over the telephone and they make about 50,000 Baht a month
I never said he meets the criteria. I said the unskilled labor is contracted out to Burmese, Laos, and Cambodians willing to work for less than the Thais.
So back to the OP's actual question, should he expect to be welcomed by Thailand Immigration as he comes here seeking work and employment, or is that in fact a rather difficult path for foreigners from Africa, mostly strongly discouraged by the Thai government?
Have a moment to share your wisdom on the actual subject of this thread?
oh okay, the honest answer. You really want the honest truth. I don't think he can handle the truth. Be here it is. The Thais are extremely racist. They arrested extremely racist towards people they think are beneath them such as the Burmese, Laos, and Cambodians. Here is the truth, they are also extremely racist towards Africans from Africa.
