Just to let you all know, not everything is allowed inThailand.

The Royal Thai Immigration has announced ongoing results from their crackdown on foreign nationals breaking laws so far this year...with almost 30,000 foreigners denied entry and over 14,000 arrested nationwide. They have implemented a program called No Entry, No Stay, and No Escape targeting blacklisted foreigners, foreigners breaking laws, and foreigners using visas like DTV or student to work illegally.
Answer summary
The Thai Immigration has reported nearly 30,000 foreigners denied entry and over 14,000 arrested for various legal transgressions in the country, as part of their 'No Entry, No Stay, and No Escape' crackdown targeting blacklisted individuals and those violating visa regulations, such as working illegally on student visas. Comments discuss the implications of this policy, suggesting a disproportionate impact on migrant workers from neighboring countries, and express concerns regarding the treatment of compliant foreigners amidst stricter enforcement.

I expect they are mostly from Myanmar, Cambodia, Malaysia, Laos, Vietnam, India and China. Not in any particular order.

Would be great if those of us doing things the right way would be allowed to stay longer and not be punished because of these kinds of people.

Out of those 14 000 foreigners arrested, I m sure around 13 000 of them were migrant workers or people from Myanmar, Cambodia and other neighboring countries?

What you try to explain with this?

Try in court as excuse: " I'm not from Myanmar, Cambodia and other neighboring countries? " so you can not arrest me.

How do you read his comment and draw that conclusion? His comment is to showcase that it's all pandering. It's all about perception. Notice how they had to show a white as snow dude in a picture to make sure it was "serious", but it's not. He is right, numbers are deceiving if we breakdown by countries.

Got it, you are pissed of because a discussion and now you accuse me of making headlines in a Pattaya news magazine. And above all I care deeply about Pattaya, the best family destination of the world.

Sure buddy, you are the kind of dude that care deeply about Pattaya to the point of getting those in your timeline. Nobody is buying that. Fyi, I'm neither of those, I'm married on yearly extension. I'm the one that told you in other posts about many DTV holders getting denied entry (after you told me that I was making things up). You are hallucinating that they can't denied you and make up reason, ofc they can, everyone know they can check-mark anything they want on the paper. It's all part of the stratageme to use agents, in which you refuse to admit.

It showed up on my timeline, what is so weird about that.

But more interesting is why are DTV or Digital Nomads suddenly against sharing of news articles with facts?

Why did you get upset by an article mention that there may be DTV holders arrested?

@Robert ******
We all know what you did. You picked the one article with the weird wording that include "DTV", etc, to push a narrative. Funny how you found that one, huh?

IF you think so, please show us the Passport nationalities and the reason of deneid entry.

also from those arrested inside Thailand.

I do not care but if you tell me that sharing a news item is making conclusions based on a snow dude in a picture, I ask for details.

most of the crime in Thailand are not by tourists or westerners but migrant workers. then why they decreased the visas and introduced all those scrutiny for the tourists?
