TLDR : Answer Summary
The Thailand Pass is no longer required for entry into Thailand. However, children under 18 traveling unaccompanied must be vaccinated with one dose of a recognized vaccine, or they will need to provide a PCR or ATK test result prior to departure. If they are traveling with vaccinated parents, vaccination status does not matter, but the requirements might differ if the parents are unvaccinated.

ThailandPass is no longer required. Children under 18 unaccompanied must be vaccinated with one dose of a recognised vaccine to be considered vaccinated. If not they need a PCR or ATK test prior to departure.

If travelling with vaccinated parents there is no requirement for vaccination status. I do not know what the case is if the parents are unvaccinated. Perhaps someone else can confirm if they’d need a test or not.
