Australian travelling to Thailand on Wednesday. What's the update in traveling there. I'm only going for 2 weeks so no visa needed. Do I need covid insurance? Weather? Is superrich still the best place to exchange money?

No covid insurance required. Weather dependent on location. If it starts to rain, stop somewhere and have a beer (or coffee - your call). By the time you’ve finished it it’ll probably be dry again. Superrich still the best place if there is one near you. You’ll not find much difference in others aside from ones in the airport where rates will suck.

To be fair there is a heavy rain warning out for many places in Thailand this week. You might get a day or so of very heavy downpours depending on where you’ll be.
