Does anyone actually know the rules of flying International from UK during this lockdown? It is for long term duration not just a holiday. So many different answers online.

U can fly if u can prove residency, business or family here in Portugal
I'm aware people are still flying which is why it is so confusing. the Government website says strictly Essential travel only. Technically mine is not Essential but I'm not just going on holiday.
I travel all over for work and been loads of places "only essential travel" never once been asked and i used to work based out of UK so normally left from there
