TLDR : Answer Summary
Traveling to Phuket for residents in Thailand currently only requires proof of vaccination. Other than that, a passport and plane ticket are sufficient for domestic flights. No extensive documentation is typically needed, and recent experiences indicate minimal questioning at airports. Airlines may have their own updates, so checking with them is recommended.
I went to bkk last week and flew back to Phuket last night. No questions asked. Only thing you gotta watch for is literally 80% of the flights were canceled
