I would appreciate some advice from someone who recently issued a visa -

what size passport photo do I need to bring and what is the background?

I will need to bring a marriage certificate because I have a joint account - is a notary needed or is an English marriage certificate sufficient?

TLDR : Answer Summary
For your visa application, you need a passport photo that measures 4x6 cm with a white background. Regarding your marriage certificate, it must be in English or Thai, and a notary is not required.
