It's 100% correct for uk citizens i have been 3 times on that code for tdac / thim
That is the correct category. I'm guessing the Etihad staff member is confusing it with others that say British Overseas Territories. The key word there is AND. United Kingdom AND British Overseas Territories. On Thai E-Visa, that is the only option available. Etihad should keep their staff up to date and the staff should be able to understand that wording which is quite clear. From my visa received today (I'm also a British Citizen).
I got questioned over if my passport was real as I selected guernsey, as my passport is Great Britain guernsey. It’s not part of the UK. Confused them for around 20 mins, and that was in priority lane. Must have been a new option last year as I’ve never had that before.
Freddie Percival That's for Country of Residence. The field for your nationality has different entries. For most people from the UK, the correct one to pick would be GBR: BRITISH.
