Todd is correct..I used to have a Cat M but I moved to a different extension years ago to get out from under the governments thumb.

You will first need to be employed by a media agency that is registered with the MFA and recognized and in good standing with the PRD.

I haven't seen many new Visas issued of late.. but those that are already here on extensions have been able to get new extensions provided they meet all the requirements and produce the documents.

That is a TOUGH visa to get anymore (they really cracked down on it during the previous coup) and it has not gotten any easier to get

They are issued thru the One Stop Service Center Immigration office at Cham Churi Square in Bangkok

The people there would be who you would talk to about one if you're IN thailand.
