What documents do I need to provide for a Thai visa application as a self-employed US citizen, and can I use personal bank statements?

Quick question about the bank account statements and so on, as i want to get this done in the first try:

I am a US citizen applying in Ho Chi Minh and I have been a self employed business consultant for over 5 years.

What specific documents do i need that have been working the best for others in the group? (Ex: EIN, State corporation LLC paperwork, client contracts, etc)

Then in regards to banking:

Is it okay to use 6 my personal statements from different personal accounts or does it need to all be from one bank?

Also could i use the business bank account statements in place of my own?

Much appreciated 🙏

TLDR : Answer Summary
A US citizen applying for a visa in Ho Chi Minh City should gather specific documents to ensure a successful application. Recommended documents include EIN, state corporation LLC paperwork, client contracts, and other proof of self-employment. It is acceptable to submit personal bank statements from different accounts, but it may strengthen the application to provide statements from one bank. Additionally, using a business bank account statement may be permitted, but applicants should confirm this with local authorities.
