Anonymous participant - wait, has your first one been canceled yet? You can’t submit a second application while you have an application under review. You now risk both of them being canceled

Unfortunately, nothing can be done once you submitted. The embassy will end up canceling your application, once they notice the error and you will need to start over again with a new application and a new visa fee. They warn you before hitting submit that you need to double check as nothing can change in the form once submitted and it will always be canceled if incorrect

If there is a mistake in the name on the visa application that does not match the passport, there is no correcting it. The embassy will cancel the application and you will have to apply again. The instructions tell you to review the application carefully before submitting because any primary biographical information cannot be corrected once submitted, and will result in a cancelled visa application.
