I’m looking into applying for Thai Permanent Residency and would like to hire an agent/consultant to help with the process.

Can anyone recommend a reliable PR agent or firm you’ve used or heard good things about?

Thanks in advance! 🙏

TLDR : Answer Summary
The original poster inquired about recommendations for reliable agents or consultants to assist with their application for Thai Permanent Residency. Commenters provided various insights, with some expressing skepticism about the feasibility of obtaining PR from a Non-O guardian visa and others suggesting resources like Thai Visa Solutions or a specific Thai citizenship website for self-guided information.
NON-O RETIREMENT VISA RESOURCES / SERVICES
  • Go to the Retirement Visa Section for information on requirements, including age restrictions, financial requirements, and necessary documentation.
  • For immediate assistance, contact Thai Visa Centre directly via LINE at @ThaiVisaCentre or Email them.
  • Explore recent discussions by using the Non-O Retirement Visa tag in the search box at the top of the page.
  • Join the Thai Visa Advice Facebook Group to ask your questions, and get advice from others.

permanent residence is not a visa and cannot be accomplished solely through an agency, nor can it be done online.

Are you compensated for your irrelevant endorsements?

From a previous post you are on a Non-O guardian visa, I don't think there's any route to PR from this visa as you can't work on it

Its for my husband actually.

We both are Nepali.

He has been working in Thailand for past 07 years. He is a Nepali too. So we are looking to apply for the PR.

you probably aren‘t eligible, as you have to have family ties to Thais, like Thai spouse or children.
