Answer summary
The user, a Thai citizen, is seeking help to find an agency for their husband's Non-O visa application due to insufficient bank statements to meet the financial requirement of 400,000 THB. Several commenters have suggested contacting local agencies in Khon Kaen, such as PDC Visa or the Thai Visa Centre, as well as utilizing the Thai eVisa platform. One commenter also mentioned the option for visa extensions for visiting family without stringent financial requirements.

So your husband wants a Non-O marriage visa but does not have the required 400k in a Thai bank account.
What passport does he have as some Embassies provide an income affidavit so a Thai bank account and funds is not necessary?
How long does he want to stay as he can get the 60 day Visit Thai Family extension which has no financial requirements?
