Iโve been told none are being granted until September by a Brit residing in China. He had to leave Thailand yesterday because even he would have been refused entry despite living in Guangzhou.

I have an English friend who works in China. He flew back to England 3 weeks ago because his mother died. His Malaysian wife wasn't granted a uk visa and had to remain in China. He is now trying to return to China and his wife but as of today isn't allowed. Even though he has his own business there.
last Thursday I was in the Turkish airways lounge in BKK with a guy transiting from Denmark back to mainland china. His wife is Chinese, don't know if that made a difference or not.
