TLDR : Answer Summary
If you have lost your passport and obtained a new one, you need to submit a police report, a letter from the embassy, and copies of your old passport and visa. There are conflicting opinions on where to process your documents—some say to go to IT Square in Laksi, while others mention Chaengwattana. It's crucial to ensure you go to the correct location for your situation.

okay, this is how it is, IF you are renewing a passport you go to the immigration office where you got your last extension and they move the stamps

BUT

If you LOST your original one you take the new passport and the police report and go to IT Square at Laksi you DO NOT go to Chaengwattana for any of it
