New question
I’m on a tourist visa now that ends April 1
I fly to America
And apply for ao retirement visa
With a scheduled flight back here April 21
We will get married July 18
At that point do I switch over to non o visa?
Or keep ao for the rest of the year
Thoughts?
TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is currently on a tourist visa, will apply for an O-A visa after returning to Thailand from the U.S., and plans to marry in July. They are uncertain whether to switch to a Non-O visa after marriage or continue with the O-A visa for the rest of the year. Community responses advise that the O-A visa allows a potential two-year stay with careful timing, and they should confirm details after the marriage.
