Is the three-day processing time for non-immigrant visas in Phnom Penh reliable, and should I avoid this embassy?

Hello!

I am planning to apply for a non imm. B visa and a non imm. O visa for myself and my wife in Cambodia. My employer has arranged all the paperwork for us.

I have read some posts in this forum to avoid the embassy in Phnom Penh, is this still the case for all visas or just for tourist visas?

Should we allow extra time for the processing or is the three day turn around time accurate?

Thanks for your help in advance!

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is applying for both a non-immigrant B and O visa for themselves and their spouse in Cambodia, inquiring about the reliability of the three-day processing time at the embassy in Phnom Penh and whether there are reasons to avoid this embassy. Responses indicate that while the three-day issuance time is accurate if all requirements are met, it is indeed longer than the standard two days at other consulates.

also remember they take 3 days to issue the visa not the normal 2 days at most other consulates

As long as you meet all their requirements and can pay in USD and wait the three days it is not as bad as mentioned on this page.

B and O visas are not an issue in PP.
