I will be submitting my Thai Pass documentation in the next few days. Is the Thai Pass compatible with the Firefox browser and do I need to crop the vaccination certificate QR Code?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The Thai Pass documentation can be submitted using various browsers; while some users recommend Firefox, others have found Edge or Chrome to be more compatible. Cropping the vaccination certificate QR code may not be necessary, as several users have reported successful uploads without cropping. If cropping is attempted and fails, retaking and ensuring the QR code is readable may help.

I used Firefox and a yahoo email account to register for Thai Pass this morning. My UK vaccination certificate includes a QR code for each vaccination. I cropped a separate JPG for each QR code and uploaded. My Thai Pass was approved within 2 hours ๐

If your cropped QR code wont upload retake a screenshot of your vax cert and crop it again. It will upload if the QR code is readable by the software.

I cropped the QR code but it would not upload. After many attempts I applied without code. It is only on my vaccination page. We'll see what happens.
