Does anyone know if the British embassy is issuing the letter required for obtaining an emergency 30 day extension at thailand immigration? I heard that German embassy and many others will not issue the letter unless you are unable to fly back to your home country. Thanks

They will NOT give you the letter as there are more then enough possibilities to go back home. There is no Emergency.
