I happened to ask them about Non-B multi just a couple of weeks ago (12 June). Their answer was as below.

Read the same news 😞 Was planning to go on August 4th. Trying to figure out if easy and/or doable and if paperwork is similar to Penang or Khota Baru Malaysia. Guess I’ll wait for airport to reopen to book tickets
