TLDR : Answer Summary
The current process for obtaining a 90-day report at Bangkok immigration is walk-in only, with no appointment necessary. Reports can be filed at Muang Thong Thani, and the process is relatively quick.

AS OF RIGHT NOW, Bangkok immigration is walk-in only. You will apply for a 90 day report at Muang Thong Thani.
