Is it okay to go outside in the night now in hua hin and Bangkok? I see 7-11 open 24/7 in hua hin now.

No curfew is still 23.00 til 03.00 until 1st November then no curfew for the sandbox opening for BKK and some other provinces that in the sandbox program
