TLDR : Answer Summary
The possibility of extending a German visa on arrival tourist visa in Thailand depends on specific immigration office policies. It is noted that the Covid visa extension is available until July 28th. For tourists on a visa exempt status, a 30-day extension can be obtained by meeting various requirements at different immigration offices, including providing a passport, visa copy, TM30 filing, specific forms, passport photos, and a fee of 1,900 THB. Some offices may have additional requirements.
