Finally made it through quarantine and I'm trying check in for my flight from BKK, but the airline's website says I am not verified with the Mor Prom app. I downloaded the app but it's in Thai language. Is it necessary that I use that app or do I simple go to the airport and check in at the counter?

You can only use Mor Prom app if you were vaccinated in Thailand. It only connects with the Thai health system records.

My vaccine card does not have a 13 digit number. It's a white CDC paper vaccine card.

I can't get registered because I don't know what to put in the ID Card field when registering. I don't have a 13 digit number to enter there from my vaccine card.
