How do you access you vaccine information in the Morprom app? 

I was given a paper vaccine receipt, but there is no 13-digit number on it.

Is a printed copy from the Morprom what is required for traveling to Cambodia/Malaysia/Singapore?

Download this app and register your vaccinations details. Once done, it will send/update you your international vaccine certificate. In my case, I went to government hospital to help me register my vaccine details because i couldn’t do it by myself. And yes, I printed out my vaccine certificate before flying to Singapore, airport officers are asking for it.
