First, ICE arrested me and is trying to rudely deport me because I forgot to apply for my green card, now Thailand's embassy won't let me apply for a visa because I don't have my legal papers, life is so unfair, it's everyone else's fault.

I believe thats the case for most countries. The neighboring SEA countries are the exception from this.
