Is booking a one-way flight to Thailand and a one-way to Vietnam 60 days later acceptable for a 60-day visa?

Hi, I'm just about to book a 1 way to thailand, then a 1 way from thailand to vietnam on the 60th day will this be acceptable for a 60 day visa
