Is there anyone planning to go to Ho Chi Minh for DVT visa application in September next week?

I want to book appointment for individual but there is no slot available. 

However, the slot for group (more than 3 people) is still available.

they said it full for this month and next month they will switch to e-visa.

That’s not the intention of a group slot. Those are for agents who are processing multiple visas. I wouldn’t try to game any part of the process. Just go to Hanoi and do it properly.
