MFA office in Pattaya is located on the 4th floor of Central Festival shopping mall, just to inform those, especially Jim, how wrong You are about.

Thanks for the info Giorgio, I wasn’t aware they had a branch there inside Central Festival. Still, for most visa-related stuff people usually have to deal with the main Immigration office, so good to know about this spot!
