Trying to use the new ExpatVac site, but no option for Tourist /TR….

If you want the vaccine, my advice is to keep watching your country's embassy's website, the various hospitals, and any trade groups you belong to and see if there's any that allow you to sign up with a tourist visa. I don't think there's anything else that can be added, so I'm closing comments.

No. Tourist Visa or visa exempt is not a non-immigrant visa. Tourists are not eligible for vaccine

A tourist visa is NOT a Non-Immigrant class visa. Tourists are not normally expats.
