A question on no visa travel from the UK. I believe you are allowed two 30 days no visa entries per calendar year? Or is it as many as you want to travel.
If two, my question, I travelled no visa Dec 8th 2022 (45days) and that ran out on Jan 20th 2023. Does that count as a no visa for the calendar year 2022 or2023
Thank you.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The questioner asks about the number of no visa entries allowed per year from the UK to Thailand, specifically if two entries are permitted and how previous travel counts towards this limit. A commenter clarifies that there are two visa-exempt entries allowed per calendar year by land, and that entries by air do not count towards this limit. Additionally, because the questioner's last entry was in December 2022, it does not affect their allowance for the year 2023.
The way that works is you are allowed two visa exempt (free) entries per calendar year coming in by LAND. (Jan 1 to Dec 31)
There is nothing in the rules about air entry. You entered without a visa on Dec 8, 2022 <- and you entered by AIR so it doesn't count against the 2 free land entries,
and
Suppose you did enter by land on that entry, it was in 2022 so come Jan 1st, the "clock" reset and you would be allowed 2 entries by land again.
