what do you mean? On section 1, it does say that you need a COVID-19 letter, however, traditionally you can get a 30 day extension. Since the government offices haven't open yet, we aren't sure how it will be enforce

Assuming they grant an extension of stay based on being a tourist, you will get an additional 30 days. You will be able to stay no later than October 25, or thereabouts.

However, I'm not sure if they will grant such an extension of stay though, based on section one of the flyer.

You can try applying for it, the worse they will say is no.
