Hi does anyone know how long it takes to get a non-o visa from Australia
Answer summary
The processing time for a Non-O visa from Australia varies widely, typically ranging from 5 to 30 days. Experiences shared by individuals indicate that it can take as little as 10 days or as long as 6 weeks, influenced by the specific consulate location and the applicant's circumstances. It's recommended to apply well in advance of travel dates, and to ensure that all required documentation is current and complete to avoid delays.

Been waiting 2 weeks now. Bit busy after the 60 on arrival was cancelled.
Depends on whether your one of the lucky ones or one of the unlucky ones some take a few days some take a couple of weeks some take an hour on the phone waiting because emails don't get answered good luck
Allow a momth. My visa went to Canberra from WA. It took a month. I did have to submitt extra documents. I barely had the equivalent of 800,000 Baht in my accounts. I submitted a letter to say I was selling a property on a date prior to leaving Australia & it was approved. I got the approval on a Saturday morning.
I applied for my Non O whilst living in Thailand using the DTV Visa. I engaged an agency to cancel DTV apply for Non O and open bank account. It was done in two days. 55,000B
It took me less than a week at Sydney Consulate via evisa. Make sure the bank deposit is in your account for at least 3 months and get a current up to the date pdf from your bank on the day or day before applying as they will knock you back if it's an old statement. Note* Canberra might be different.
I was informed the processing time is dictated by your travel date. l applied on Tuesday morning, l was travelling the following Sunday, and received confirmation Thursday lunchtime....
