Answer summary
The DTV (Digital Nomad Visa) application in Taiwan reportedly took about 4 days for one user. It is important to visit the National Immigration Agency (NIA) to obtain your entry and exit records form, which costs 100 NT. Additionally, if applying for the Softpower category, be prepared to provide documentation regarding your employment and income.
