What are the financial requirements for the Digital Nomad Visa (DTV) in Thailand regarding income and bank balance?
I thought that a point of scrutiny for the digital nomad DTV was 3 months worth of income as a remote worker, but I just heard that it's actually 3 months of maintaining a minimum balance of 500,000 Baht in a personal bank account. Which of these is correct? Or are they both required?...

The purpose of the 500k baht in the bank account is to show you have 3 months of living expenses

Its always been 500k baht savings, both are required

Both are required and you don’t need to “hear” you should inform yourself on the e-visa website. Informing yourself is much better then just to rely on what you think and what you “hear”.

Some ask for 6 months of continuous 500k balance too.

The 3 months of 500k + continuous balance is a solid application req but providing statements beyond that differs between Consulates/Embassies.

You usually have to show 3 months statements. How long the money should be in it depends on the embassy. There is no min income requirement last I checked.
