Hi! Does anyone know how long it takes to apply for DTV in Korea and In Taipei nowadays?

And 

Because the exchange rate keeps increasing, I only meet the 50,000 baht requirement in the last month, while the previous two months are below 50,000 baht, will it make the visa approval difficult?
