In Phuket you can go between 45 days before and the last date.

Your case 24 Feb 2020, you can visit between 10 Jan 2020 and 24 Feb 2020

You can Start at least 2 Weeks before ....prepair all Papiers again , Or just Go For an Information Trip to get all from them what you Need ...actualy not much

although I’ve had about 7 of them I am always confused regarding O or O-A...I have always obtained the visa here in Phuket, never overseas. The writing in virtually ineligible on all my stamps..anyway here are pics of the latest..
