How do I make an online appointment at the Vientiane Consulate for visa services?
Does anyone here know how to make an online appointment at Vientiane Consulate.? From recent posts on here I saw a lot of pre-warnong that you need to make an appointment as from 1 February.If so I cannot find a link on any official site.Is this not activated yet.? Any ideas please ?
