TLDR : Answer Summary
The countdown for the 90 days on a Non O visa starts from the day you enter Thailand, which is considered day one. It's important to refer to the stamp in your passport for the specific date when your 90-day period begins.

There are 2 dates that are important when it comes to a visa.

There is going to be a date on the visa that says when you can use it until. You must enter Thailand by that date to use your visa.

Once you enter Thailand, you will get 90 days from that day. The day you enter counts as day 1.
