FYI, got my Non-Imm multi entry visa yesterday in Savanaket, no proof of financials required. Shop across the road prepared application, did copying 100 baht. Arrived after 11am but because I had a local guide from border was allowed entry to lodge application, all went smoothly. 2 minutes to lodge application. 5 minutes in queue to pick up passport.
Now the good part Yasothon now has an Immigration office, it has been open 1 month. Did TM30 report there this morning, 3 minutes from the time I walked in until walked out. There was 6 officers on duty there this morning . It is real convenient for me but never had any issue with the police in Yasothon doing TM30 report.
