TLDR : Answer Summary
The post inquires about the experiences of individuals, particularly Canadians, who have applied for the DTV visa using Discover Thai Nature. Responses indicate mixed results, with some successes and rejections noted. It is advised that outcomes can vary by embassy, and alternatives like cooking classes may offer higher approval odds.

I know a guy who used them (from Cambodia) and was approved. I was going to use them (applying from US), but I was a bit leary because, as most have said, it is embassy specific, so decided I'm going to go the cooking school route. It is more expensive but more likely to be accepted. Plus, I like to cook, so the cooking classes will be more enjoyable. Finally, that seminar will take you a year to complete. Cooking classes will be over in 6 months.

Seems be not exactly what Thai embassy focuses on as Thai Cooking or Thai boxing, even this not all is accredited and approved only some of these.

Like Pete said, it's a gamble compared to Muay Thai. If u don't mind losing 350$ then u can go ahead
