True, no city and did not check past posts. Do now. My Condo is in Samut Prakan close to Bangkok. Have workation DTV. Next couple of days I spend in Pattaya

From precious post I find a lot of conflicting information. There was even mentioned that there may have been a change in policy earlier this year, so not sure what this means about validity folder posts.

In a perfect world (yes, nothing is perfect) would be great to know a branch office that recently approved an account.

Will check also the comment of bank insurance....
